JS500 concrete mixer is a kind of twin shaft concrete mixer, which can mix dry hard, plastic, fluid, lightweight aggregate and other concrete and various mortars. The mixing capacity is 500L per batch. Its basic productivity is 25m3/h.
It has three motors and an electric push rod: 18.5 kw mixing motor, 5.5 kw lifting motor, 0.75 kw pump motor and 0.85 kw electric push rod. The total power is 25.6 kw. It consists of mixing blades, mixing motors, lifting motors, water pump motors and other components. It has the dual advantages of single machine operation and forming a simple plant with PLD batching machine.
