There are several main kinds: containerized concrete plant, foundation-free concrete plant, stationary concrete batching plant and mobile concrete batching plant.
The containerized concrete plant has excellent advantages in transportation,operation and dismantling. Because it adopts a modular design as a whole, the internal pipelines of each module are pre-installed before leaving the factory, and only need to connect the quick connector on site, which not only reduces the on-site working time, but also reduces the difficulty of installation.
The equipment modules are quickly connected by bolts, and each layer of modules can be assembled on the ground and then hoisted and spliced as a whole, which reduces the workload, prevents the risk of working at heights to a greater extent, and ensures site safety. The installation time of the whole station is less than 15 days, and the delivery period is less than 25 days.
The foundation free concrete batching plant doesn’t mean it does not completely need to do foundation construction, but it does not need to lay such a deep foundation like the stationary concrete batching plant. It also requires hardening the ground, creating a shallow foundation, and placing all equipment components on a heavy steel chassis. It eliminates the process of designing and installing the foundation, greatly saving the time and foundation cost.
China stationary concrete plant mainly refers to HZS series concrete batching plant, , which is mainly used for large-scale concrete production. Generally, it can be divided into commercial concrete batching plant and engineering concrete batching plant. The models are hzs25, hzs35, hzs50, hzs60, hzs75, hzs90, hzs120, hzs180 and hzs240. Compared with the mobile equipment with the same capacity, the size of the stationary concrete batching plant will be larger.
Buyers of mobile mixing plants generally have two purposes: one is to carry out specific production and temporary projects for self-use; the other is to rent out because of its good mobility. The mobile concrete batching plants often appear in temporary projects, long engineering lines, high-speed railway projects, and construction sites where there is insufficient space for engineering construction.
Since the structure of the mobile mixing plant is simpler than that of the stationary concrete batching plant, the mobile mixing plant is more flexible in movement and easier to disassemble.
