Containerized Concrete Plant VS Traditional Concrete Batching Plant
Jul 24, 2024
The traditional concrete mixing plant for sale requires a lot of preliminary work: foundation exploration, excavation, piling, pouring and other processes; and the whole set of equipment has a long production cycle, difficult spare parts replacement, long installation and commissioning time.
The containerized concrete plant stands out. It does not require a lot of civil engineering foundation and all the parts are assembled before leaving the factory. In the existing concrete mixing station market, it has been favored by the market due to its unique characteristics and has been rapidly promoted.
Concrete mixing plants are large-scale combined equipment, which are composed of many component modules. Its components include cement silos, horizontal belt conveyors, aggregate silos, inclined belt conveyors, screw conveyors, weighing systems, main station structures, mixing systems, dust removal systems, various pipeline systems and control systems, etc. Modular design can improve the disassembly and assembly efficiency of the mixing plant.
Different modular designs are adopted according to the characteristics of different components:
1. The volume of the cement silos varies according to the needs of the construction site; however, they all adopt a bolted cement silo. The construction site only needs to be connected with bolts, which is convenient and quick to install; the sealing gaskets are pre-installed in the factory, so there is no need to worry about leakage after installation.
2. The aggregate silo adopts an integrated design, with pin connection and wedge plate fastening, without the need for bolts, welding, etc.; the overall hoisting is simple and the installation on the construction site is convenient.
3. The horizontal belt conveyor adopts a high-reliability built-in electric roller. All accessories of the conveyor are assembled with the aggregate silo in the factory. No assembly is required on the construction site. Just hoist and place them in the correct position.
4. The weighing system includes water, admixture weighing, powder weighing, aggregate weighing, etc. All weighing systems are pre-debugging in the factory and have been assembled to the relevant components. No assembly is required on the construction site. Only the air pipe and wire connector need to be connected.
5. The main mixer has been assembled on the mixing platform in the factory, and all kinds of hoppers and pipes on the top of the mixer have been assembled on the mixer. No assembly is required on the construction site, and it can be directly hoisted.
6. The main station structure adopts a pin connection and a foldable design. On site, you only need to install the pin and connect it to the platform.
7. The circuit and gas circuit parts have been pre-installed on all relevant components and pre-debugged; various joints and plugs have been reserved. On site, you only need to insert the plug into the relevant interface to power on and run.
In summary, all components of the entire large or mini rmc plant adopt a unique modular design. The construction site only needs to hoist and assemble, and the components are connected by simple bolts, pins or soft connections, which greatly reduces the installation time and work intensity on site.
