Different Types of RMC Plant

The RMC plant equipment refers to concrete that is centrally mixed and transported to the construction site in a factory or workshop. It is made up of cement, aggregates, water, admixtures, mineral admixtures and other components as needed according to a certain proportion. It is sold after being measured and mixed at the mixing station and transported to the construction site within a specified time using a concrete mixer truck. There are different types of ready mix concrete plants.
Dry mix concrete plant
The dry mix concrete batching plant consists of aggregate batching machine, cement supply system, water supply system, cement weighing system, water weighing system, control system, etc. It is mainly used in sparsely populated areas to prevent wet concrete from segregating due to long-distance and long-term continuous movement in the mixer truck, which will deteriorate the quality of the concrete.
Wet batch concrete plant
The wet batch concrete plant puts all the raw materials into the concrete mixer in the middle position. After mixing, the concrete is discharged into a concrete mixer truck to the construction site. It should be noted that during transportation, the concrete transportation truck should rotate at an appropriate speed to prevent the concrete from solidifying.
Stationary RMC plant
The stationary concrete batching plant is a special concrete mixing plant specially designed to meet the needs of large output, high efficiency, high stability and high specification concrete production. It is mainly used to produce ready-mixed concrete. Mobile concrete mixing plant
It can produce fresh ready-mixed concrete at the construction site conveniently and quickly, which eliminates the risk of changes in concrete properties during long-distance transportation; the mobile mixing plant is easy to disassemble and assemble, with almost no welding operations required, which makes it possible to quickly move from one construction site to another. The disadvantage of the mobile concrete mixing plant is that its compact structure makes repair or maintenance difficult. Due to its mobile characteristics, the batching machine aggregate bin has a limited volume and needs to maintain a high feeding frequency during operation.
YHZS mobile concrete mixing plant has YHZS25, YHZS35, YHZS50 and YHZS75 models to choose from. The theoretical working productivity is 25-75m3/h.
