Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant with Cement Storage Silo

The stabilized soil mixing plant plays a vital role in road construction and is the core place for producing stabilized soil materials. As a key material for the road base, the quality of stabilized soil directly affects the overall stability and durability of the road.
Components of stabilized soil station
Batching system: The system consists of multiple aggregate silos and powder silos. There are usually 3-6 aggregate silos, which are used to store aggregates such as sand and gravel of different particle sizes. The silo is equipped with a vibrator to prevent aggregate blockage and ensure smooth material discharge. Powder silos are mainly used to store cement, lime and other cementitious materials. The number of common cement silos is 1-4.
Conveying system: including belt conveyor and screw conveyor. Belt conveyor is responsible for conveying aggregate from batching bin to mixing main machine, with the characteristics of large conveying capacity and stable operation. Screw conveyor is mainly used to convey powder from powder bin to metering device, which can effectively prevent powder leakage and ensure the sealing of the conveying process.
Mixing system: generally adopts horizontal double-shaft continuous forced mixing main machine. This concrete mixer has two shafts with mixing blades inside, which can quickly mix the materials in a "boiling" state through high-speed rotation to ensure that the stabilized soil is mixed evenly. Its mixing efficiency is high and can meet the needs of continuous production.
Measuring system: it uses electronic dynamic weighing and metering method to accurately measure various raw materials such as aggregate, powder, water, etc. For example, the metering accuracy of aggregate can reach ±1.5%, the metering accuracy of cement and other powders can reach ±1%, and the metering accuracy of water can reach ±1.5%, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the stabilized soil mix ratio.
Control system: Industrial microcomputer control system is mostly used, which can realize manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic operation modes. The operator controls the operation of the equipment in the control room through the operation console. The system has functions such as fault alarm, overload alarm and undervoltage protection to ensure the safety and reliability of the production process.
Number and capacity of cement silos
The selection of the number and capacity of the cement storage silo for sale depends on the production scale of the stabilized soil station, the type of stabilized soil produced and the engineering requirements. Generally, a small stabilized soil station may be equipped with 1-2 cement silos, each with a capacity of 60-100 tons; the number of cement silos in a medium-sized stabilized soil station is 2-3, with a capacity of 100-200 tons; a large stabilized soil station may be equipped with 3-4 cement silos with a capacity of 200-500 tons.
