No-foundation Concrete Batching Plant VS Portable Cement Plant

With the continuous development of the concrete industry, the equipment used to produce concrete is constantly improved and innovated. Many special concrete mixing plant come into being to meet the production of concrete under special conditions such as no-foundation concrete batching plant and portable cement plant.
The main feature of the portable cement plant is that it is movable and easy to transfer. The aggregate batching machine, weighing, mixing and other systems are assembled on the chassis and a trailer is used for transfer. It can be used for construction projects such as hydropower, roads, ports, bridges, the pre-concrete construction of large-scale projects, etc.
The foundation-free concrete batching plant has no need for foundation. It is made up of material supply and metering system, mixing system, electrical control system, gas control system, etc., and is used for medium-sized hydropower, highways, ports, airports, bridges and other projects.
The portable concrete batch plant is divided into two types: Drum mobile concrete plant and compulsory concrete batching plant. The former use JZC/JZM drum mixer as the mixing host. The latter uses twin shaft concrete mixer as the mixing host. If the needed concrete mark exceeds C30, it is not recommend to choose drum mobile concrete plant.

After deciding which type of batching plant portable to choose, the number of aggregate bins must be selected, which can be divided into two bins, three bins and four bins. Usually, customers choose a batching machine with three bins. One is for stone, another is for sand, and the last one is for backup.
