The portable concrete mixer and pump is a small concrete conveying equipment, which mixes sand, gravel and cement into concrete and directly transports it to the pouring point. Concrete is the working object of the mixer pump, and its quality and mix ratio directly affect the working efficiency and pumping performance of the concrete mixer pump for sale.
Therefore, users of concrete mixer pumps should have a certain understanding of pumpable concrete. Don’t think that any proportion of concrete can be pumped, otherwise the pipes may be blocked. Concrete with good pumpability must meet the requirements in three aspects:
1. Concrete aggregate grading
It can can transport stones below 4cm, but the stones of 1-3cm are mainly required. The coarse aggregate gradation of pumped concrete is based on the principle of the smallest gap. The smaller the gap, the better the fluidity of the concrete and the easier it is to pump. Don't think that the bigger the aggregate, the better or the smaller the better, reasonable grading is the key.
2. Amount of cement
The role of cement has two aspects, one is the cementation effect, which keeps the aggregate in the concrete suspended, and the other is the lubrication effect, which reduces the friction between the concrete and the pipeline. The insufficient amount of cement affects the suction of the concrete and increases the pumping resistance.
If the amount of cement is too large, the viscosity of the concrete will be too large, which will also increase the pumping resistance. Generally, the minimum amount of cement used is 320kg/m3.
3. Consistency of concrete
The concrete slump reflects the flow performance of concrete and the conveying resistance of concrete decreases with the increase of slump. The value is usually controlled within the range of 8-18 cm.
How to use concrete mixer truck with pump
Preliminary preparation
1. Install the pump and the pipes before pumping the concrete. The installation personnel should fix the pipe with a pipe clamp, connect the pump pipe to the position that needs to be poured.
2. After the pump pipe is installed, you need to use the water to clean the pipes.
3. After the concrete mixer truck with pump is turned on, water is first pumped to moisten the pipeline, and then mortar is started to be pumped to prevent concrete from clogging the pipe. After pumping the mortar, the formal concrete pumping is initially carried out.
Operation process
1. Use a forklift to load materials
2. Press the up button, and the raw materials enters the mixing drum for initial mixing.
3. Press the water pump to add water, and after 1 minute, the stirred concrete is automatically pumped to the discharge hopper.
4. Press the pumping button to carry out concrete delivery, and the concrete is pumped to the pouring point through the pipeline.
