The twin-shaft concrete mixer is a mainstream concrete mixer machine, which has two horizontal mixing shafts, with mixing arms and mixing blades on the shafts. When the concrete mixer is working, the motor drives the two mixing shafts through the reducer to drive the mixing blades, and drives the materials to perform shearing motion.
Twin-shaft mixer is a kind of efficient and stable concrete mixer, which can achieve the purpose of mixing materials quickly. It is also the most commonly used mixer in concrete mixing plants. It is suitable for mixing dry hard, plastic and fluid concrete lightweight aggregate concrete and mortar.

What is the small concrete mixer capacity m3? JS500 concrete mixer is a small concrete mixer with a capacity of 500 liters of concrete each time, that is 0.5 cubic meters, and a theoretical production capacity of 25m3/h. It is mainly composed of mixing drum, hopper loading rack, hoist, mixing blade, stirring shaft, stirring arm, frame, unloading mechanism, oil supply, water supply system and electrical system. It is the first choice for small and medium-sized construction projects.
JS concrete mixer is the most commonly used mixing equipment in engineering. The output is 0.75 cubic meters per time. It can be use alone or forms a simple batching plant with PLD1200 batching machine. HZS35 concrete batching plant also uses it as the mixing host, which can carry out fully automatic production. The theoretical output is 35 cubic meters per hour.
JS1000 concrete mixer is with a theoretical productivity of 60 m3/h per hour. It is mostly used in HZS50 and HZS60 mixing plants as the main mixing machine. JS1000 concrete mixer has the following characteristics:
1. Oil-free shaft end sealing system
There is no need to inject any lubricating oil into the shaft end, which saves cost, has no pollution to concrete, and is easy to maintain.
2. Pressurized upper cover drainage system
The spraying area is larger, the water is more uniform, and the mixing time is shortened.
3. Overseas supply reducer
The reducer imported from foreign professional suppliers has smooth operation, long service life, low noise and no oil leakage.
4. Special protective hoop
There is a protective hoop on the stirring shaft, which can prevent the concrete from agglomerating, protect the stirring shaft, and make the stirring shaft last longer.
There are many new concrete mixer manufacturers. To choose a reliable one, you need to know the main the manufacturer's production qualification, the main configuration parameters of the equipment, and whether the equipment has after-sales service. The equipment configuration parameters mainly includes production efficiency, discharge capacity, materials of wear-resistant parts such as blades and stirring shafts, etc., thus having a general judgement on the production capacity and service life of the mixer equipment.
