1. Mixing system

2.Feeding system
The feeding system is composed of a hoisting mechanism, upper and lower rails, pillars, and hoppers.
3. Water supply system
The water supply system is composed of a water pump, a throttle valve, a cleaning device, and a water spray device. The throttle valve can adjust the water flow, and the total water supply is adjusted by the time relay.
4. Cover
The cover is composed of a cover body, an inspection cover, a water spray device, a limit assembly, etc.
5. Unloading system
The discharge system consists of a discharge door, an air cylinder, and a hopper. The unloading door is installed at the bottom of the mixer, and the unloading is realized through the push-pull operation of the double cylinder.
6. Electrical system
The electrical control circuit is equipped with circuit breakers and thermal relays, which have the functions of short-circuit protection and overload protection. All control buttons and indicator lights are arranged on the door of the control box, with a door lock, and a protective door outside the button.
