How to Clean Pipelines of Diesel Concrete Mixer Pump

After ending the use of diesel concrete mixer pump, we must clean up the concrete in the pipeline timely. There are two cleaning methods: water washing and air washing. Generally, we adopt water washing.
The water washing is to put he cylindrical cement bag and cleaning ball soaked in water into the cleaned conical tube, then connect the conical tube and pipeline, close the discharge door and fill the hopper with continuous water flow. Pump water until the cleaning ball emerges from the front end of the concrete pump tube.
There are some tips we need to pay attention to when we use water washing to clean the pipelines of concrete mixer machine with pump:
1. The performance parameter of the water pump: the pressure is not less than 4.3 MP and the flow rate is less than 180L/min.
2. The connecting pipe uses a reducing pipe, and the packing (rubber piston, sponge ball, cement bag roll, etc.) must be placed tightly into the reducing pipe larger than the conveying pipe.
3. When the stuffing is made of sponge ball or cement bag roll, they must be saturated with water.
4. When the conveying pipe is too long, press a certain amount of cement mortar before cleaning.
5. When cleaning, personnel should stay away from the pipe mouth of the concrete mixing pump factory, and set up protective devices to avoid rushing objects to hurt people.
