At present, most stationary concrete plants belong to wet batch concrete plant. The common models are HZS25, HZS35,HZS50, HZS60 and HZS90 concrete batching plant. Other larger models are HZS120, HZS150 and HZS180 concrete plants.
There are two ways for the aggregate conveying: conveyor belt and lifting bucket. For the models over HZS60, we usually choose conveyor belt. How to control its speed for the smooth feeding? The conveying speed of the conveyor belt should generally not be greater than 2.5m/s.
For the materials with large lump and large abrasion, the conveyor belt should use low speed as much as possible. The relationship between the diameter of the driving roller and the belt, the matching of the driving roller and the redirecting roller, and the requirements for the idler groove angle should be set reasonably.
When the conveyor belt is partially damaged, it should be repaired in time with artificial cotton to avoid expansion. The feeding direction should follow the running direction of the conveyor belt. To reduce the impact of the material on the conveyor belt, a chute should be used to reduce the dropping distance of the material.
The wet batch concrete plant adopts a soft and moderate baffle plate to prevent the baffle plate from being too hard and scratching the belt surface of the conveyor belt. We also should pay attention to the lubrication of the conveying part of the conveyor belt.
It is forbidden to start the conveyor best with load. If the conveyor belt deviates, it should take timely measures to correct it. The uneven tension of the conveyor belt during the weaving process causes the conveyor belt to deviate. If the thickness of the two sides of the belt is not uniform, the conveyor belt will also deviate.
