How to Install Hot Asphalt Mixer Plant

The hot mix asphalt plant consists of batching machine, aggregate belt, feeding belt, drying and heating drum, burner and fuel supply system, hot aggregate elevator, vibrating screen machine, hot aggregate bin, asphalt mixer machine, finished material lifting system and finished product silo, dust removal system, powder material system, asphalt heat transfer oil system, control system and air source supply system. How to install it?
Preparatory work before installation
1. Organize relevant personnel to study the instruction manual of the asphalt mixing plant, and be familiar with the technical performance of the mixing plant.
2. Determine the location of the mixing station and the installation height of the mixing station according to the construction site conditions.
3. Foundation construction: the foundation of the mixing station is set on the solid soil. The construction process of the station foundation shall be carried out according to the requirements of the operation manual of the mixing station.
4. Equipment preparation for installation: one 50T truck crane, one set of common tools for fitters, one set of common tools for electricians, one set of theodolite, one set of movable wrench, one set of dead wrench, two sets of pipe wrench, 8 lbs 2 sledgehammers, 4 crowbars, 2 sets of steel wire ropes and sliding saddles, 1 steel tape measure, 6 safety belts, 16 safety helmets, 2 electric welding machines.
5. Personnel organization: The asphalt mixing plant should have the following workers, including 1 organizer, 2 site electricians, 2 technical workers (1 mechanical engineer and 1 electrical engineer), 2 lifting workers, 2 welders, 1 plumber and 10 installers.
Safety inspection
1. check the concrete pressure test report of the foundation of the station, and organize the installation of the mixing station after the concrete reaches the design strength. The horizontal error of the upper surface of the concrete station foundation shall not be greater than 0.5mm. The concrete station foundation should be 150mm higher than the natural ground, and have good drainage measures, and water accumulation at the tower foundation is strictly prohibited.
2. Carefully check all parts of the asphalt batching plant such as structural welds, bolts, pin shafts, guide wheels, wire ropes, hooks, spreaders, lifting hydraulic climbing systems, and electrical equipment.
3. Check the switch boxes and power supply lines of electrical equipment to ensure safe power supply during operation. Check whether the technical performance of the needed tools is good. Check whether the safety protection products meet the requirements.
4. During the installation process of the mixing station, the site must be kept clean and orderly, so as not to hinder the operation and affect the safety. Set up a warning line in the operation area, and assign a special person to be responsible for the warning, so as to prevent irrelevant people from entering the mixing plant installation site.
5. The installation of asphalt hot mix plant must be carried out during the day, and should avoid rainy, windy, and foggy weather. If there is a sudden change in the weather during the operation, the operation must be stopped.
6. The personnel who participate in the installation and dismantling of the mixing station must receive special training from the labor department, and work with a certificate after passing the examination. Those who participate in the installation and dismantling of the mixing station must wear safety helmets, and those who work at heights must wear safety belts, anti-skid shoes and work clothes. During operations, they must have unified command and coordinated actions to prevent accidents.
