Mixing drum
The arc part of the mixing drum is welded, and there are five kinds of lining plates in the mixing drum, which are tightly connected to the drum with countersunk screws. The four observation covers above can be pushed out towards each other after being opened 90°.
Fuel pump
There is a special sealing device at the joint between the mixing shaft and the mixing drum. In order to ensure the sealing quality, a special oil supply pump is installed on the end of the mixing drum.
Electrical System
The electric control circuit is equipped with air switch, fuse, thermal relay, and has the functions of short circuit and overload protection. All control buttons, air switch handles and indicator lights are located on the door of the distribution box and equipped with a door lock. The button has a protective cover.
Transmission
It adopts two planetary gear reducers for transmission. The design is of compact structure, stable transmission, low noise and long service life.
Mixing shaft
It is made of alloy steel, with strong torsion and bending strength. With scientific design, its low mixing zone is very small.
