RMC Containerized Batch Plant

The engineering construction industry has higher and higher requirements for the technical performance and environmental protection of concrete mixing plants. The RMC concrete batching plant also needs to be convenient for transportation, fast in installation,fast in commissioning and fully environmentally friendly.

The installation time of the stationary concrete plant is mainly concentrated on the hoisting of the main mixing building and the batching machine, the installation of waterways, electric circuits, gas lines and other pipelines, and the installation of the outer seal. In order to meet the new needs, we provide a containerized concrete batching plant.

The main structural features of the container-type concrete mixing plant are: the mixing main building adopts container-style modular design, and it integrates waterways, airways, circuits and outer sealing plates, and other components also adopt modular designs such as batching machine. The container concrete batching plant is mainly divided into 6 modules: batching station module, aggregate conveyor belt conveyor module, main building module, electrical control module, powder tank module and steel structure foundation module.

1. Batching station module

The batching station module adopts a modular design of upper and lower parts. The upper part is composed of the warehouse body, the discharge door and the weighing scale. The gas circuit and electric circuit are laid out in the factory. It only needs to be flipped up to save installation time.

The lower part is the conveyor belt conveyor and the steel structure foundation. The overall transportation saves the installation time on the construction site. The installation time of the whole batching station only takes half a day.

2. Aggregate conveyor belt module

The aggregate conveying belt conveyor adopts a large-inclination trough belt conveyor, which can reduce the cost and floor space of the whole machine. The frame adopts an integral truss design, and a hinge structure is used in the middle. The belt conveyor can be transported as a whole after being turned over and folded. When installing, you only need to unfold the frame, saving the assembly time of the belt conveyor.

3. Main building module

All the modules of the container main building add up to only 4 cabinets, which are the mixing host cabinet, the external cabinet of the stirring layer, the metering cabinet, the external cabinet of the metering layer and the outriggers of the main building. The legs of the main building are mounted with hinges, which is convenient and quick.

The water circuit, air circuit and electric circuit integrated between the mixing main box and the metering layer box are connected by hoses and industrial waterproof aviation quick plug connections. The entire main building (including the water, gas and electrical circuits in the main building) can be installed in just one day.

4. Electrical Control Module

The control cabinet, operating console and air conditioner are all placed in the control room of a standard container module. The control room is made of 50mm fireproof and thermal insulation sandwich panels.

The cables between each module are connected with industrial waterproof aviation fast plugs made in the factory. The control systems are placed in the control room.

5. Powder Tank Module

The powder tanks are 100t or 150t powder tanks that can be transported as a whole. The powder tanks are manufactured in the factory as a whole, and can be hoisted as a whole after being transported to the construction site, saving the time and effort of making powder tanks on the construction site.

6. Steel structure foundation module

The containerized batch plant adopts a steel structure foundation, and the foundation construction is simple. It only needs to level and compact the site, and harden the concrete to meet the ground endurance required by the design. Each independent frame of the steel structure foundation is designed to be a detachable structure that meets domestic transportation conditions. The frames are connected by high-strength bolts and can be reused. It is very suitable for engineering construction with frequent transitions.

Generally, concrete mixing equipment is all in pieces, and the equipment hoisting period is long. After the equipment is hoisted, waterways, air pipes, wires and cables need to be installed separately, which makes the installation and commissioning period too long, and the fastest time from installation to production of equipment is 14 days.

The containerized concrete batching plant adopts a fully modular design, and the main module integrates waterways, airways and circuits. Only bolts, hoses and industrial waterproof aviation quick-plug connections are required between the modules, and the equipment can be installed within 3 days.
