Concrete pumping
When pumping, the high grade concrete should be first and followed by the low grade concrete. The tank should always be filled with fresh water during pumping operations. The pumping speed should be slow first and then fast, and gradually accelerated.
According to the difference in pumping height and concrete grade, check the value of the pressure gauge and adjust the displacement of the main oil pump to determine the highest pumping speed.
During normal pumping, it should be carried out continuously without stopping as much as possible. In case of abnormal conditions, the pumping speed of the trailer mounted concrete pump can be slowed down by adjusting a small displacement. When the concrete supply is not timely, it is better to reduce the pumping speed, but also to maintain continuous pumping, but the slow pumping time should not exceed the allowable time from mixing to pouring of concrete.
If the concrete slump loss is too large and it is difficult to pump, it is strictly forbidden to add water on site without authorization. Under the guidance of technical personnel, an appropriate amount of water can be added to the concrete mixer truck under the premise of meeting the requirements of the concrete mix ratio. During the pumping process, the large stones on the grid cover of the hopper should be cleaned in time to prevent it from entering the hopper and causing pipe blockage.
