Cold aggregate supply system
1. The closed type replacing the open type
The upward opening is closed, and the downward tilting type is subtly changed to the side window feeding type.

In order to filter the asphalt smoke, the exhaust port of the asphalt tank is equipped with high efficiency activated carbon.
Asphalt tanks and pipelines are provided with ultra-thick insulation layer to reduce heat loss.
The asphalt mixing system
1. The mixing plant is fully enclosed to isolate dust and noise.
It is fully enclosed, eliminating the powder leakage.
The stationary asphalt mixing plant effectively isolate the sound emitted by the equipment and reduce noise pollution.
The wear-resistant noise reduction devices are installed at the entrance and exit of the hoist to reduce noise pollution.
The vibrating screen is tightly sealed as a whole, with intelligent air induction and pressure relief, realizing energy saving and environmental protection.
2. The loading room is fully closed.
A pipe is installed above the charging room to form a negative pressure environment. The asphalt smoke generated during the discharge process is transported to the drying drum to be heated and decomposed through this pipe to eliminate environmental pollution.
The closed loading room is equipped with a dust removal pipe, and the dust enters the bag filter through the pipe.
Automatic lift doors are installed at the exit of the lane, which is environmentally friendly and tidy.
