The lower computer is a PLC controller. The system adopts a modular design, including A/D data processing, control parameter processing, input and output control, batching process control, feeding process control, mixing operation control, and upper computer inching control. It is written directly with ladder diagram.
Within the scope allowed by the program framework, the operator can arbitrarily increase the variety of ingredients or set the feeding sequence. For example: after the aggregate is first poured into the middle hopper, it is poured into the mixer in sequence with the powder and water to start mixing.
