What Are Main Types of Mini Concrete Plant
Apr 24, 2025
The core performance indicator of a mini concrete plant is theoretical productivity, usually measured in cubic meters per hour (m³/h). According to industry standards, common models include:
1. 25m3/h: suitable for rural self-built houses, small road repairs and other scenarios, with a daily production capacity of about 200-250m³.
2. 50m³/h: It can meet the needs of medium-sized construction sites, such as commercial complex foundation pouring, with a daily production capacity of about 400-500m³.
3. 60m3/h: Equipped with a double-horizontal shaft forced main engine (such as JS1000), it is suitable for bridge engineering or commercial concrete supply, with a daily production capacity of about 500-600m³.
Factors affecting actual production capacity
Material supply: Too high water content of sand and gravel may lead to weighing errors and reduce actual production.
Equipment configuration: Independent weighing system (accuracy ±1%) is more efficient than cumulative weighing (high risk of error accumulation).
Automation degree: PLC control system can shorten the mixing cycle (such as from 72 seconds to 60 seconds) and improve production capacity.
Small mixing plants can be classified according to structural form, purpose and degree of automation:
1. Structural form
Stationary concrete plant: It needs to be built on a fixed site, equipped with large storage silos and conveying systems, and has high production stability. The common models are HZS90 and above (such as HZS120), suitable for long-term large-scale projects (such as highways, hydropower stations). Annual output can reach more than 200,000 cubic meters, and the unit cost is low.
Portable concrete batch plant: Because of modular design, it can be quickly disassembled and transported, and can adapt to the circulation of multiple construction sites. The common models re YHZS25, 35, 50 and 60. It usually take 2-3 days to install and debug.
2. Purpose
Commercial concrete mixing station: It supplies commercial concrete to the market, equipped with multi-bin batching machine and powder silo. It is usually used in urban construction and real estate development.
Engineering concrete batching plant: It features customized configuration, directly serving specific projects (such as high-speed railway bridge piers). Waste treatment systems can be integrated (such as waste rock recycling) to reduce environmental protection costs.
3. Automatic degree
Semi-automatic concrete plant: It is of manual batching, suitable for small projects with limited budget. The investment is low and maintenance is simple.
Fully automatic mixing station: It features PLC control and touch screen operation. The error rate is <1%.
