1. The newly purchased concrete mixer cannot be operated at full load immediately when starting to work, otherwise the service life will be significantly reduced.
2. It should be noted that the belt conveyor cannot start with load.
3. When producing concrete, do not use non-compliant aggregates. Using non-compliant aggregates to produce concrete will cause damage to the equipment. The maximum particle diameter of aggregates is 80 mm.
4. The computer of the portable concrete batching plant cannot be connected to the external network, and used as office computers or for entertainment,etc.
5. Don't start the belt and mixing host during equipment maintenance.
6. When operating the mobile concrete plant, pay attention not to start the concrete mixing plant equipment to produce concrete in thunderstorm weather. The system and the power supply should be cut off completely.
