Different Types of Concrete Mixers

There are generally three types of concrete mixers: rotary concrete mixer, compulsory concrete mixer and planetary mixer. JZC/JZM concrete mixer is the models of rotary concrete mixer. The compulsory concrete mixer can be divided into single shaft concrete mixer and twin shaft concrete mixer, that is JDC and JS concrete mixer.
JZC/JZM concrete mixer is a relatively small mixer, which can mixer semi-hard and plastic concrete. It is manly used for township house construction, road construction, small and medium-sized factory construction. The main models are JZC350,450, 500 and JZM350, which is a popular model in Africa.

Twin shaft concrete mixer not only can work independently, but also can be used as the various kinds of concrete batching plants. Its main models are JS350, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 3000 and 4000 concrete mixers.
Planetary mixer is a special mixer for producing high grade concrete. It can realize full mixing of the mixtures. It can respond to various production requirements through reasonable equipment configuration and adapt to diversified production.
The quality of planetary mixer is reflected in higher efficiency and lower construction and maintenance cost and lower failures compared with other kinds of concrete mixers. In recent years, it is widely used in widely used in construction, building materials, light industry,refractory industry, casting, ceramics and other fields.
