Different Types of Concrete Pumps in Malaysia

Concrete pump is composed of a pump body and a delivery pipe. It is a machine that uses pressure to continuously transport concrete along the pipeline. Concrete boom pump

Usually, the concrete pump truck has good operation flexibility and high speed, but compared with other concrete pumps, its maintenance and use costs are relatively high. , but due to the height limit of the operation, there are many requirements for the site.

Since there is no support, the labor intensity of the workers is relatively high. However, compared to boom pumps, truck-mounted pumps have the advantage of lower operating costs. If the high-pressure pipe is used for operation, the conveying height will be relatively high.
Concrete pump trailer
The concrete pump trailer cannot walk independently because it does not have a car chassis, but it has tires and can be towed to the construction site with a tractor. Compared with truck mounted concrete pump and concrete boom pump, its cost is the cheapest, but their disadvantages are that the delivery speed is slow and the delivery height is not as good as that of vehicle-mounted pumps.
According to the displacement, it can be divided into small (pump displacement is less than 30m3/h), medium (pump displacement is 30-80m3/h) and large concrete pump (pump displacement is greater than 80m3/h).
Concrete mixer pump
Compared with other concrete delivery pumps, the concrete mixer and pump truck has added mixing function and can carry out on-site mixing. It is a small concrete delivery pump that combines traditional concrete mixer and concrete delivery pump to realize fully automatic feeding, mixing and high-pressure pumping in the process of concrete construction. It is suitable for the transportation of large aggregate concrete such as small and medium-sized foundation building,etc., especially suitable for 4-12-story buildings, small bridges, and construction projects scattered in field locations.
