Working principle
JS500 concrete mixer is a twin shaft mixer. The mixing drum does not move when it is working, but realizes mixing by several sets of blades evenly arranged on the rotating shaft in the drum. When mixing, the blades rotate around the vertical or horizontal axis to force the material to be mixed.
JZC500 mixer puts the mixture in a rotating mixing drum. With the rotation of the mixing drum, the blades in the drum lift the mixture to a certain height, and then freely fall down by its own weight. This is repeated until it is mixed evenly.

JZC500 mixer is a small mixer, with simple structure, light weight, convenient operation and maintenance, etc. The cylinder and blades are less worn and easy to clean, but the power consumption is large and the efficiency is low. The mixing time is generally 90-120s per batch.
Application
JS500 concrete mixer is suitable for hard concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete, and can also mix fluid concrete. It is a multi-functional mixing machine suitable for mixing high-quality concrete. It can be used alone or as the mixer of concrete batching plant like HZS25 concrete batching plant.
JZC500 mixer is mostly used for mixing plastic concrete and low-fluidity stick concrete. It is often used for mixing a small amount of concrete. It is suitable for mixing research and testing. It is also suitable for small and medium-sized construction sites, roads, bridges, water conservancy projects and small and medium-sized concrete component factories.
