Self Loading Transit Mixer: How to Solve The Failure Of Its Heat Dissipation System

The summer is coming. The high-temperature season, it is also the season of frequent vehicle accidents, such as flat tires, spontaneous combustion, engine overheating, etc. If the self loading transit mixer has something wrong with its heat dissipation system during the driving process and you don’t know how to deal with it, that will be very troublesome.
So why not grasp some skills to quickly solve the fault of the radiator? When there is something wrong with the radiator of the self loading concrete mixer machine factory, checking the following parts will help you solve the problems in most cases.
1. Check the safety switch. The mixing tank of the self loading concrete mixer is driven by the hydraulic transmission system. The most prone to failure in the hydraulic oil cooling system is the safety switch, so it is best to check the safety switch at the first time after the failure.
2. Check the motor. The motor is the most critical component in the entire heat dissipation system. The quality of the heat dissipation is directly related to the speed of the motor and the steady state of the operation
3. Check the heat exchanger. It uses hydraulic oil radiator to cool down. The heat exchanger is equipped with a motor-driven fan for heat dissipation to ensure the normal temperature of hydraulic oil. The mechanical pointer above detects the negative pressure in the pipeline. If a reading appears, it proves that the hydraulic oil filter may be blocked. The rubber pointer on the top needs to be pulled out to back to zero.
4. Check the thermal sensor. The temperature sensor is located on the oil inlet pipe of the heat exchanger. Its function is to detect the temperature of the hydraulic oil. When the heat dissipation failure happens, if it is not the problem of safety switch, you need to check the temperature sensor.
5. Check the radiator control box. The radiator control box of self loading concrete mixer truck the monitors and receives the signals transmitted by the temperature sensor. When the temperature data exceeds the set value, the circuit of the cooling fan is automatically connected to allow air circulation to reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil, so after the heat dissipation control box is damaged, the heat dissipation system cannot work normally and needs to be replaced in time.
