The Hydraulic System of Portable Concrete Mixer With Pump

With the increasing of the construction projects, the hydraulic technology is also more widely used. The portable concrete mixer with pump is also equipped with it. However, as the concrete mixer with pump has been running for a long time, the hydraulic system is likely to have noise. How to find the reason and solve this problem? Let’s have a look.
1. The hydraulic pump itself or its piping is not tight enough to leak air.
2. Insufficient oil volume in the fuel tank leads to the flow of air or the oil viscosity is too large.
3. It is possible that the quality of the oil pump or motor is not good. For example, the stuck blades or pistons may cause noise and vibration.
After getting the basic judgement, the operator should stop using the concrete mixing pump and take actions:
1. Thoroughly inspect and tighten the pump's connection bolts and nuts of each pipeline
2. Carefully clean the oil filter and air filter or replace them.
3. Drain the original hydraulic oil and replace it with a better quality hydraulic oil.
4. According to the site conditions, replace the oil pump and motor with a better one.
The concrete mix machine with a pump is an important construction equipment in rural areas, which should be properly maintained in daily operation. Once there is a problem, do not continue to run it, otherwise it will cause damage to the machine and affect the construction period and project quality.
