The working principle of the rotary mixer
The rotary mixer is to mix the concrete in a forward rotation and discharge the concrete in reverse. It is often used in rural construction such as JZC350, JZM500 and JZM750,etc. There are mixing blades arranged radially on the inner wall of the mixing drum of the drum mixer.
When it works, the material is lifted to a certain height by the blades and then falls under its own weight. This repeated movement achieves a uniform mixing effect. Therefore, its production efficiency is relatively low, generally mixing plastic concrete. With the increasing demand for concrete and higher quality requirements, the drum mixer has gradually withdrawn from the construction field and replaced by compulsory concrete mixers.
The working principle of compulsory mixer
The compulsory mixer has two kinds: single shaft concrete mixer and twin shaft concrete mixer. The JDC350 and JDC500 concrete mixer are used for rural house construction, and some large-scale construction projects use JS twin shaft concrete mixer.
The geared motor of the single shaft concrete mixer makes the mixing shaft rotate in a certain direction through the coupling. The material is stirred by the positive and negative two blades on the mixing shaft. The worker must stop the machine to discharge the concrete. Its production efficiency is a little higher than twin shaft concrete mixer.
JS twin shaft concrete mixer is a mainstream concrete mixer. It features excellent mixing effect, high production efficiency and simple operation. At the same time, it has richer models to meeting different concrete demand. If used as the mixing host of the concrete batching plant, it can realize complete automatic production.
