The concrete production should adopt mechanical mixing in addition to small amount of concrete which is used in those unimportant parts. According to the mixing principle, it can be divided into rotary mixer and compulsory concrete mixer.
Rotary Mixer
The concrete mixture is turning over because of gravity in the drum, which is suitable for mixing plastic concrete and low-fluidity concrete. The rotary mixer is of small mixing power, large power consumption and low efficiency, therefore it has been gradually replaced by a compulsory concrete mixer.
The common models are JZC350A, JZC350B, JZM500, JZM750. JZC350A concrete mixer rotates forward to mix and reverse to discharge. Each batch discharges 350L. Its theoretical output is 10-14m3/h. It can mix plastic and semi-dry concrete. So does the JZM750 concrete mixer.
Compulsory concrete mixer
The compulsory concrete mixer has strong mixing power, which is suitable for mixing dry hard concrete and light aggregate concrete. It is of good mixing quality, quick speed, simple operation. It has two kinds: vertical-shaft concrete mixer and horizontal-shaft concrete mixer.
The vertical shaft type is not suitable for mixing concrete with high fluidity. The horizontal shaft mixer has the advantages of wide application range, short mixing time, and good mixing quality, which also has rich models.
Haomei twin shaft concrete mixer belongs to the compulsory concrete mixer. The typical models are JS500, JS750, JS1000, JS1500, JS 2000, JS3000 and JS4000 concrete mixer. Each batch of JS500 discharges 500L per batch. Its theoretical output is 21-25m3/h, which can mix dry hard, plastic, fluidity, light aggregate concrete and various mortar.
There is also a single shaft concrete mixer. JDC350 is a typical mode, which can discharge 350L per batch. It can mix plastic, semi-dry, and dry concrete and mortar. It is suitable for general construction sites, roads, bridges and concrete component factories.
