What Are Advantages of Truck Mounted Line Pump

As a concrete pump with driving function, the truck mounted line pump has the same working principle of the pumping system as that of the trailer concrete pump, but the basic structure is still different from that of the trailer concrete pump. It consists of chassis, power system, water cleaning system, cooling system, hydraulic system, support system, electrical system, lubrication system and pumping system.
The truck mounted concrete pump can be divided into power sharing type and power non-sharing type according to whether the chassis power is shared or not. For the power non-sharing type, the chassis is mainly used for loading and driving, and its power requirement is not high, as long as it can meet the driving performance. And When refitting, the transmission part of the small concrete pump can basically not be changed.
Regarding the working principle of the pumping system, it is basically the same as the concrete pump trailer, that is, the engine drives the hydraulic pump to generate pressure oil, and drives the two main cylinders to drive the pistons in the two concrete delivery cylinders to reciprocate.
Then through the orderly action between the S valve and the main oil cylinder, the concrete is continuously sucked into the conveying cylinder from the hopper and sent to the construction site through the conveying pipeline.
The truck mounted concrete pump integrates the advantages of the concrete boom pump and concrete pump trailer. It is more flexible and mobile than the concrete pump trailer. The equipment is suitable for working conditions such as small batches, multiple construction sites, narrow construction sites,etc.
