A mobile concrete mixing plant for sale is capable of being moved from one place to another. The plant integrates various processes such as material storage, weighing, conveying, mixing, unloading and automatic control systems of concrete batching plants into one convenient trailer unit.
Types of mobile concrete batching plant
It is determined by the concrete mixer and the type of trailer unit used in its design.
1. Concrete mixer
The mobile mixing plant equipment comes with two types of mixers: twin shaft concrete mixer and drum concrete mixer.
2. Trailer unit
There are two types of traction for mobile mixing plants: traction type and trailer type.
Traction type: The traction chassis contains complete front and rear axles.
Trailer type: The trailer chassis has only the rear axle, and the front end is placed on the saddle axle of the towing vehicle.
The mobile concrete batching plant for sale has five main parts: concrete mixer, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system and control system.
1. Concrete mixer
Twin shaft mixer is the mainstream mixer in domestic and foreign concrete batching plants. The compulsory mixing is more evenly and more efficiently. It can mix all kinds of concrete, such as fluid, semi-dry and dry concrete.
2. Material weighing system
The material weighing system is a key component that affects the quality of concrete production and the cost of concrete production. The weighing system helps to produce concrete of different specifications.
It is mainly divided into three parts:
Aggregate weighing
powder weighing
liquid weighing
3. Material conveying system
Aggregate conveying: At present, there are two ways of aggregate conveying in the mixing station: hopper conveying and belt conveying. Hopper lifting has the advantages of small footprint and simple structure. Belt conveying has the advantages of long conveying distance, high efficiency and low failure rate.
Powder conveying: The powdery materials required for the production of concrete mainly include cement, fly ash, and mineral powder. At present, the commonly used powder feeding methods are screw conveyor conveying, pneumatic conveying and scraper conveying. The advantages of screw conveying are simple structure, low cost and reliable use.
Liquid transportation: It mainly refers to water and liquid admixtures, which are transported by water pumps respectively.
4. Material storage system
In general, the storage methods for materials that can be used for concrete mixing are the same. Aggregate is generally stacked in the open air (although large-scale commercial concrete mixing plants in cities have closed silos). Powdered materials are stored in a fully enclosed steel structure cement silo. The admixture is stored in a steel structure container.
5. Control system
The control system of the mixing plant is the central nervous system of the whole set of equipment. The control system has different functions and can be configured differently according to user requirements and the size of the mixing plant.
Generally speaking, the control system of the small mixing plant available on the construction site is relatively simple, while the control system of the large mixing plant is relatively complicated.
6. Host chassis
The portable concrete batching plant is equipped with a cantilever mixer chassis, which contains the traction pin and the parking legs of the tractor. The chassis is equipped with measuring scales for the mixer, cement and water admixtures.
