How to Build Wet Stationary Concrete Plants

The cost of building wet stationary concrete plants for the project is lower than that of buying commercial concrete. How to build a concrete mixing plant for your projects? Take the case of the small concrete batch plant for sale for example.
The concrete batching plant on the construction site must be set up according to the features of the project, the needed concrete amount, construction site conditions and machines,etc. Generally, it is advisable to adopt a fluid combination method, so that all mechanical equipment adopts an assembly connection structure, which can be easily disassembled and transported.
The design of the stationary concrete plant should achieve automatic feeding, automatic weighing, flexible discharging, centralized operation control and the corresponding environmental protective measures.
Main equipment composition
1. Cement. When using bulk cement, we can choose cement silo. For small construction sites, we also can use a metal storage cabinet under the ground or the a simple brick-built cement pool. A chain bucket or spiral elevator can be used to lift the cement to the measuring bucket.
2. Sand and gravel storage hoppers. The storage hopper capacity is generally about 3.6m2, the storage hopper should be made into a funnel type with slopes on three sides. The corners of the hopper should be appropriately made into an arc shape to facilitate the free fall of sand and stone into the measuring bucket as soon as possible.
3. Cement silo. It should be erected on the upper part of the mixer to facilitate vertical feeding to the cement measuring hopper. Otherwise, a horizontal spiral conveying pipe should be installed at the outlet of the cement storage tank and controlled by a stroke switch. The cement storage tank is a large inverted conical tank with a capacity of 50-100t.
4. The specification and quantity of of the concrete mixer can be determined according to the needed concrete amount and the construction progress. One or more sets of concrete mixers can be arranged. As for the type of the concrete mixer, we usually choose JS series twin shaft concrete mixer.
