How to Maintain YHZS25 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant

YHZS25 mobile concrete batching plant is a small concrete batch plant with a theoretical capacity of 25 m3/h. It consists of mixing platform, mixer, aggregate storage bin, aggregate measuring device, aggregate lifting device, water measuring device, cement measuring device and control system. How to maintain them?
Concrete mixer
After the concrete mixer reducer is put into use for 200 hours, and the lubricant needs to be replaced. Change the lubricating oil after 500 hours of the second use, and change the lubricating oil every 2500 hours during normal production.
After the concrete mixing plant is operated for one cycle, the mixing residue should be removed, and the mixing shaft, mixing arms and mixing blades should be cleaned.
Concrete batching machine
We need to check the concrete batching machine every day and clean up the debris on the screen in time. During the inspection, it should be adjusted in time if there is a large clearance.
Screw Conveyor
The operator should check whether the belt is running in the center every day. If there is any deviation, it should be adjusted in time to avoid the damage. Check whether the idler and roller are jammed If any, it should be cleaned in time; if the surface of the belt is damaged, it should be repaired in time to avoid the spread of damage.
Cement silo
The operator of the mobile mixing plant should check the cement silo every hour. When the dust accumulates on the top pressure safety valve, the safety valve and the surrounding powder should be cleaned up in time to prevent the powder from agglomerating during rain.
Control system
The control system is the brain of the mobile mixing plant. We need to check the control system every day to find out the problem and deal with it in time. In addition, it should be checked monthly to test whether the relevant electronic components are normal.
