Application
The mobile concrete mixing plant is born for two purposes: one is to undertake the temporary construction of concrete production, and the other is for renting. It is commonly seen in the temporary projects, roads with long engineering lines, and projects with insufficient construction space.
The stationary batching plant is widely used in large-scale projects. Because it has the advantages of compact equipment layout, low power consumption, high productivity, high automation and centralized control, etc. Its stable working performance can fully meet the need of large projectswith large concrete volume, long construction period, and concentrated construction sites.
Configuration
The mobile batching plant is of compact structure and simple system. The concrete mixers, batching machines, control rooms, belt conveyors, weighing systems, wires, cables, wheels, etc. are all on the traction chassis. In addition to the basic equipment, the mobile mixing plan also needs a trailer. The cement silo needs independent transportation.
The main equipment of the stationary concrete plant includes mixer, batching machine, cement silo, weighing system, electrical system, pneumatic system, aggregate lifting system and control room. At the same time, the mixing plant should be equipped with concrete mixer trucks, concrete pumps and other equipment. If it is a commercial concrete mixing plant, a weighbridge and a commercial concrete laboratory are also needed.
Models
The mobile concrete batching plant is usually of small capacity. The popular models are YHZS75, YHZS60, YHZS35 and YHZS25 mobile concrete mixing plant. The capacity ranges from 25m3/h to 75 m3/h.
The stationary batching plant has more models for you to choose from. The capacity is from 25 m3/h to 180 m3/h. Some customers even need a stationary concrete plant with 240m3/h.
