JZC/JZM concrete mixer is a kind of portable electric cement mixer. The mixing drum is driven by a gear ring, It rotates forward for mixing and reversely for the discharging. It is an economic choice for buildings, rural bridges and small RMC plants.

Working principle of electric drum concrete mixer
The concrete mixer is equipped with a gear ring arranged around the drum barrel and a gear meshing with the gear ring is arranged on the transmission shaft. The inner side of the mixing drum is equipped with spiral mixing blades.
When working, it depends on the rotation of the mixing drum and the gravity of the internal mixture realizes forward mixing and reverse discharge. The JZC series concrete mixer can be pulled by the trailer and moved to other construction sites.
