Mixing drum: It is of compact structure, sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure the normal operation of the mixer. The welding process of the mixing cylinder adopts overall annealing treatment to prevent stress deformation after welding and ensure the service life of the whole machine.
Lining plates and blades are made of alloy wear-resistant cast iron or high-manganese steel. The reasonable structure is designed through finite element analysis and fluid mechanics analysis, and has a long service life.
Transmission system: The system adopts two planetary gear reducers for transmission, which has the characteristics of stable transmission, convenient installation, low noise, compact structure, overload protection, and high transmission efficiency.
Shaft end seal: Labyrinth seal made of special wear-resistant materials, with multiple special rubber rings and pressurized grease protection in the middle, and a floating seal ring and a rubber seal ring on the outer layer can effectively prevent the slurry leakage happen.
