YHZS25 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant to Southeast Asia

In November 2019, 3 sets of YHZS25 mobile concrete batching plant were successfully packed and sent to the Southeast Asia. This mobile concrete plant is equipped with a JS500 concrete mixer, a φ219/9m screw conveyor, a 50T cement warehouse and a set of block breaking equipment.

Mixing system
YHZS25 mobile concrete mixing plant uses JS500 concrete mixer, a twin shaft concrete mixer. It consists of electric motor, belt pulley, reducer, open gear, mixing drum, oil supply device and other components.
When it works, the motor drives the reducer, and the two shafts of the reducer drive the two horizontal mixing shafts to rotate at the same speed in opposite directions through two open gears.
Batcher
YHZS 25 portable concrete plant uses PLD800 concrete batching machine, which is composed of feeding mechanism, weighing system, electrical control system and other components.
Conveyor system
The belt conveyor is an ideal high-efficiency continuous transportation equipment, with the advantages of long transmission distance, large transportation volume, continuous transportation, reliable operation and being easy to realize automation and centralized control, which is very convenient for disassembly and assembly.
Control system
The control system of this small portable concrete batch plant is located at the bottom of the chassis of the main plant. The control room is used as the front support point of the whole station when in working state while during transit transportation, the control room is stowed and stored in the empty space of the bracket during transit transportation. All its lines don’t need disassembling.
Cement silo
Haomei Machinery adopts flaky cement silo, which aims at solving these problems in packing difficulty, installation and transportation. Cement silos (cement tanks) all comply with industry standards. The discharge height is 1.96 meters and 4.2 meters, and can also be processed according to user requirements.
