YHZS35 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant

Portable concrete batching plant is developed according to the actual needs of users who need frequent transfers, short construction periods and long construction lines. It is allowed to drive on the road and its traction speed is less than 15 km/ hour.
Through scientific design, the batching system, weighing system, concrete mixer, material storage, unloading and automatic control system of the YHZS35 mobile concrete batching plant are all installed on a chassis, which realizes the movement of the mixing station through the trailer.
Except for screw conveyors and cement silos, all wiring does not need to be dismantled. The customer only needs a crane to help installation. During installation, if the ground is flat and firm, no foundation is needed. It can start working within one day. YHZS 35 small mobile concrete batch plant has three working models: automatic, semi-automatic and manual.
What’s the advantages of YHZS35 mobile concrete plant? It is equipped with tires and traction pins, allowing speeds up to 15 km/h. The total weight of all equipment is 22 tons, and all accessories can be moved with the plant.
It uses twin shaft concrete mixer, with short mixing time and even mixing effect. Dry hardness, semi-dry hardness, plasticity and different proportions of concrete can be mixed well.
In addition, the main electrical components, metering sensors and control system of YHZS35 mobile concrete batching plant all use imported components, which not only greatly reduces the equipment failure rate, but also improves the metering accuracy of the equipment.
The whole machine is controlled by computer and can be operated automatically or manually. The operation is simple and easy to master. Dynamic panel can clearly show the operation of each component, and can store and print report data at the same time, which provides great convenience for production scheduling management.
