At present, the electrical control system used in most concrete batching plant equipment is composed of three parts: industrial computer, operation console and PLC-based on-site console, which can automatically weigh, feed, mixing and discharge according to the raw material formula set by the system.
The manual operation mode of the control system is mainly used in system maintenance or software debugging, while the automatic operation mode is generally used in the normal production process. Therefore, manual/ automatic selection and corresponding buttons should be set up and indicator lights should be set for each button to prevent errors when the system is not functioning properly.
The process of concrete from raw materials to finished products is metering - conveying - feeding - stirring - discharging. Each link is completed by corresponding equipment components. The actions of these equipment are all centrally managed by the control system and displayed on the computer screen of the control system.
