According to the normal construction volume and proper maintenance, the service life of the diesel concrete mixer pump is about seven or eight years.
But Haomei Machinery finds that some customers only pay attention to the maintenance of some main parts such as hydraulic oil pumps,pistons, the control valve,etc while neglect the maintenance of some small parts like the filter, the overflow valve and various instruments.
They thinks the wear of these small parts doesn’t matter for they won’t affect the normal operation of the concrete mixer and pumping machine. In fact, it is the lack of maintenance of these "small pieces" that causes early wear of the machine and shortens its service life.
Whether the daily maintenance of the concrete mixing pump is in place has close relationship with its service life. As long as the maintenance specifications are strictly followed, delaying the retire of concrete mixer pump for sale can be realized. There are some tips:
1. The original safety device of this machine must not be changed or uninstalled without authorization, and non-professional technicians must not repair this equipment.
2. Do not disassemble the machine without permission, especially the key components of the machine, such as mixing tank, main oil pumps, each valve,etc. When disassembly is required, it must be guided by our after-sales personnel.
3. The conditions of concrete pumping pipes and wire ropes needs to be checked every day, If they are worn away, please timely maintain and replace.
4. Please purchase genuine parts for replacement of the worn parts.
