The construction mixer machine is to mix cement, sand, stone, etc. in a certain proportion into a uniform concrete. There are usually two types of concrete mixers: drum concrete mixer and twin shaft concrete mixer.
The mixing drum of the rotary concrete mixer is double-conical, and the mixing blade and the discharging blade are installed in the drum, which rotate forward to stir and reverse to discharge. Therefore, it has the advantages of good mixing quality, simple operation, clean and rapid discharge and cheap price. Since its production efficiency cannot meet the needs of large-scale projects and the degree of automation is not high, it is gradually replaced by twin shaft concrte mixers.
Models of the twin shaft concrete mixer
1. JS500 concrete mixer: 0.5 m3 per minute. The hourly output is 25m3.
2. JS750 concrete mixer: 0.75 m3 per minute. The hourly output is 35m3.
3. JS1000 concrete mixer: 1 m3 per minute. The hourly output is 50m3.
4. JS500 concrete mixer: 0.5 m3 per minute. The hourly output is 25m3.
5. JS1500 concrete mixer: 1.5 m3 per minute. The hourly output is 75m3.
6. JS2000 concrete mixer: 2.0 m3 per minute. The hourly output is 120m3.
7. JS3000 concrete mixer: 3.0 m3 per minute. The hourly output is 180m3.
8. JS4000 concrete mixer: 4 m3 per minute. The hourly output is 240m3.
Features of dual shaft concrete mixer
1. The dual shafts make good use of the cylinder space. The strong mixing effect makes the mixture uniform. Therefore, the mixing time during the working process is shorter, the mixing is more uniform and the efficiency is higher.
2. It can be used alone and can form a simple concrete batching plant with PLD batching machine. It has good applicability to various large, medium and small prefabricated component factories, industrial and civil construction projects.
3. The shaft end is equipped with multiple sealing protection and wind pressure sealing protection devices, so that the whole mixing device operates stably, has a long service life and produces less dust.
Daily maintenance of concrete batching mixer
1. The four supporting feet should be supported on the ground at the same time, the frame should be adjusted to the level, and the chassis and the ground should be padded with sleepers to make it stable and reliable.
2. Before use, check the lubrication of each part and whether the grease nipple is unblocked, and add lubricating grease.
3. Sufficient water should be added to the water pump, and the power supply system should be firm and safe, and should be grounded.
4. Before starting the machine, check whether the transmission system is running normally, the performance of the brake and clutch should be good, and if the wire rope is loose or seriously broken, it should be tightened or replaced in time.
5. Before shutting down, pour a certain amount of stones and clean water, use the rotation of the mixing drum to clean the inside of the drum, and release the stones and water.
6. When the operator ends the work, the power should be cut off and the switch box should be locked.
