Daily maintenance

2. Before the new equipment is put into operation, it must be checked and tightened one by one again. After the equipment is in operation, the fastening of the bolt connection between the equipment should be checked once a week.
3. At the end of the production of the mixture every day, the asphalt mixer must be stirred and cleaned with an appropriate amount of large aggregate for 3-5 minutes, and then discharges.
4. After the equipment is shut down every day, check the heating condition of the shaft bearing of the mixing cylinder. After the equipment stops running and the control system exits, the discharge door at the bottom of the mixer is open.
5. After the hot mix asphalt plant for sale has been working for a period of time, the packing seal rings are worn to varying degrees, and the sealing gland bolts need to be moderately tightened or the packing seal rings need to be replaced.
