There are mainly three types of China mobile concrete mixing plant: standard mobile concrete batching plant, mobile drum mixing plant and foundation free mobile concrete batching plant.
The design of the mobile concrete mixing plant is mainly divided into three parts: the discharge layer, the mixing layer, and the batching and weighing layer. The discharge layer mainly adopts cylindrical outriggers with simple design and reasonable layout.
The mixing layer mainly adopts an elevated structure, double variable cross-section I-shaped main beam, which is heavier, and its rigidity and shock absorption are better than ordinary structures.
The mixing layer and the discharge layer form a rigid body, which is integrated with the foundation, effectively reducing the vibration from the mixing main engine; the support adopts rectangular legs, which not only have a simple structure, but also have a spacious space.
The batching and weighing layer of the mobile concrete mixing plant is equipped with a powder weighing hopper and a water weighing hopper, a liquid admixture weighing hopper and an aggregate pre-storage hopper. The outlet of the powder weighing hopper adopts an automatically controlled pneumatic butterfly valve, and the inlet and outlet are all softly connected and fully closed. The admixture weighing hopper is set above the water metering hopper, and a stainless steel ball valve is used to discharge the material at the outlet.
These three parts are all designed on a movable trailer unit, which can be moved by pulling the trailer. There is also a simple control room designed on the trailer unit. Only one worker can operate the entire equipment in the control room.
The mobile drum concrete mixing plant uses a drum mixer on the mixer platform, and various measuring devices are installed on the top of the mixer. Cement, water, plasticizer, etc. are weighed in proportion. After the weighing is completed, they are discharged into the mixer.
The mobile combo self-erect central mix plant is easy to disassemble and move, especially suitable for construction sites with short construction periods, long construction lines and frequent site changes.
The product structure design of the mobile foundation-free concrete batching plant adopts a modular design. The aggregate batching system is placed on a large chassis and connected to the mixing unit through the middle track frame. The water admixture tank and the control room are connected together and placed on the lower part of the mixing chassis. They are connected to the metering unit by bolts and serve as equipment legs.
