There are many types of concrete mixer machine for construction. Choosing the right concrete mixer for you is undoubtedly a big problem. So how do we choose the right concrete mixer in in construction projects? Here are two popular concrete mixer machines: twin shaft concrete mixer and planetary concrete mixer.
Generally speaking, twin shaft concrete mixer can be selected for the production of concrete with a grade of C50 or below. For concrete above C50, vertical-shaft planetary mixers are recommended. Since concrete below C50 is currently the most widely used, twin-shaft mixers are the most common.
Twin-shaft mixers can be used to mix various plastic, dry hard, lightweight aggregate concrete and various mortars. The mixing device has a streamlined design, and is of low mixing resistance, smooth material movement and low shaft sticking rate. Therefore, the mixing quality of the twin-shaft mixer is very good.
JS series dual shaft concrete mixer drives two horizontally arranged mixing shafts rotating in opposite directions at the same speed to drive the mixing blades installed on it to mix the materials. The materials not only have circular motion, but also have axial reciprocating motion. The motion is violent and the trajectory is complex. The materials can be mixed evenly in a short time.
Its main models are JS750, JS100 and JS1500. The JS750 has a rated discharge capacity of 0.75 cubic meters of concrete per time, and is suitable for all kinds of small and medium-sized construction projects. JS1000 has a rated discharge capacity of 1 cubic meter of concrete per time, and is mostly used as the mixing host of HZS50 mixing station and HZS60 mixing plant.
The planetary concrete mixer construction can mix any high-performance concrete (ceramsite, foam lightweight concrete, steel fiber concrete, high-grade concrete, and various building materials with high mixing difficulty). When the vertical planetary mixer is running, the mixing parts in the mixing barrel revolve around the axis and rotate at high speed, so that the materials can be subjected to high-intensity kneading and shearing, and fully dispersed and mixed. This mixing effect of the vertical planetary mixer must be unattainable by other concrete mixing machinery.
The vertical planetary mixer has a high mixing uniformity, which can reach more than 99%, and has a short mixing cycle, high production efficiency, and a rich output model. It can be used for laboratory mixing and can also be used in large production lines. Another advantage of this vertical mixing equipment is that the discharge is clean, and there will be no residual material at the bottom of the barrel.
