In today's era of rapid infrastructure development, concrete mixing plants, as core equipment, directly impact project quality and construction efficiency. Among them, wet concrete mixing plants, with their outstanding advantages of environmental friendliness and high efficiency, are gradually replacing traditional mixing equipment and becoming the market mainstream.
The superiority of the wet mix concrete batch plant is first and foremost reflected in its environmental performance. Traditional dry-mixing plants easily generate large amounts of dust, while wet mixing plants, through a "water-coated sand" mixing process, suppress dust diffusion at the source by using water mist during the raw material mixing stage. Simultaneously, their enclosed mixing unit and dust recovery system can control dust emission concentrations to extremely low levels, meeting the latest environmental standards.
Furthermore, the wastewater generated by the stationary batching plant can be recycled for mixing after treatment in a sedimentation tank, achieving water resource reuse, reducing pollution and costs, perfectly aligning with the "green construction" concept.
High efficiency and stability are another core advantage of wet mixing plants. Their mixing unit adopts a twin-shaft forced-mixing structure, ensuring high mixing uniformity, stable concrete strength, and reducing potential project quality issues.
Compared to dry-mixing plants, wet-mixing plants eliminate the need for subsequent water addition and mixing, allowing for direct transport and use of the finished concrete, thus shortening the construction process. For example, in a project with an annual concrete production capacity of 100,000 cubic meters, a wet-mixing plant saves approximately 15% of construction time compared to traditional equipment, significantly improving project progress.
The control system, as the "brain" of the mixing plant, directly determines its operational complexity and production efficiency. It is mainly divided into automatic and semi-automatic types.
The fully automatic batching plant relies on PLC intelligent systems, allowing for preset mixing formulas. Raw material proportioning, feeding, and mixing are all completed automatically, requiring only 1-2 operators to monitor equipment operation. The batching accuracy error can be controlled within ±0.5%, making it suitable for large-scale, continuous production projects such as highway and hydropower station construction.
Semi-automatic control systems require some manual intervention, such as manually setting parameters and monitoring raw material input. While the equipment cost is lower, the batching accuracy and production efficiency are slightly inferior, making them more suitable for small-batch, multi-batch projects, such as rural road reconstruction.
Currently, the mainstream wet-mixing plant models on the market each have their own focus, meeting different construction needs. The HZS60 model is the "main force" for small and medium-sized projects, with an hourly output of 60 cubic meters. It has a small footprint, is easy to install, and is suitable for urban residential construction and municipal engineering.
The HZS90 model has an increased output of 90 cubic meters per hour and is equipped with a more complete environmental protection system. It is often used in the construction of medium-sized bridges and industrial parks.
The HZS120 and above models are large-scale equipment with an output of 120-240 cubic meters per hour. They are equipped with a fully automated control system and are the first choice for key projects such as high-speed railways and large reservoirs.
