Currently, ready-mixed concrete is widely used in various projects in Vietnam, including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. From high-rise apartments in Hanoi and satellite city communities in Ho Chi Minh City to major infrastructure projects such as the construction and renovation of 10,000 kilometers of highways, the expansion of Long Thanh International Airport, and the continued construction of the Ho Chi Minh City Metro, all rely heavily on ready-mixed concrete plants.

Popular models are concentrated in the HZS series (dominated by Chinese brands) and high-end models from international brands:

2. Mobile Ready-Mixed Concrete Plants
For construction projects in remote areas of Vietnam, short-term projects, and linear engineering projects (such as highways and railways), mobile mixing plants have become an important supplement due to their ability to be quickly relocated without complex foundations. Popular models are mainly small and portable, such as the 750 and 1000 model mobile mixing plants. These require no foundation design, and installation takes only 4-6 hours. They can flexibly adapt to different construction scenarios and are widely used in self-built houses in rural areas and remote infrastructure projects in Vietnam.
Furthermore, with tightening environmental policies, environmentally friendly mixing plants with dust removal, noise reduction, and slurry recycling functions, as well as automated mixing plants with integrated intelligent monitoring systems, are becoming a new trend in the Vietnamese market. In the first quarter of 2025, the penetration rate of eco-friendly concrete in high-rise buildings in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City exceeded 50%.

2. Medium-sized Mixing Plant (Capacity 60-120 m³/h, mainstream configuration)
These mixing plants are mainly fixed-type HZS60, HZS90, and HZS120 models, suitable for medium-sized residential buildings, industrial parks, and small to medium-sized infrastructure projects. They are the mainstream choice in the Vietnamese market. Cost details are as follows:
- Equipment Procurement: US$80,000-210,000, with HZS60 models approximately US$80,000-100,000 and HZS120 models approximately US$180,000-210,000;

3. Large-scale mixing plants (capacity 180 m³/h or higher, high-end configuration)
These mixing plants are mainly used for large-scale infrastructure and key projects, such as highways, airports, and cross-sea bridges. They have large capacity, high automation, and relatively high costs:
