How to Maintain 52M Concrete Pump

The concrete pump truck cost is not cheap, at least above 10,000$. After buying it, how to maintain it is a very important questions. 52m concrete pump is a popular model. It has many spare parts, some of which are easy to wear. Then how to maintain them?
1. The wear and replacement of S Valve
After the long-term use, the S valve and cutting ring of the 52m concrete pump will have gaps due to wear and tear, which affects normal work and should be replaced in time. Wear clearance can be measured from a cleaned hopper（ when it stops working).
2. The replacement of Piston
When the coating of the conveying cylinder is not worn away and concrete slurry or sand particles appear at the back of the piston, it indicates that the piston is worn and needs to be replaced.
3. The replacement of conveying cylinder
When you find the chrome layer of conveying cylinder of the long boom concrete pump is worn, the conveying cylinder needs to be replaced. Before replacing, the connecting bolts of the hopper and the chassis and all hydraulic oil pipes, lubricating oil pipes, auxiliary positioning devices, and cooling systems connected to the pumping system must be removed.
In the maintenance workshop, use a crane to lift the pumping system as a whole before disassembling the conveying cylinder and replacing it with a new one.
