As one of the important countries in Southeast Asia, Vietnam has always maintained close ties with the Chinese market. Among the huge Sino-Vietnam trade data, the export transaction volume of construction machinery products accounts for a large proportion. Vietnam and Southeast Asian markets have also become emerging hot areas for construction machinery exports.
A series of favorable factors have driven the export of Chinese construction machinery to Vietnam. There are mainly two reasons: Firstly, with the development of Vietnam's economy, Vietnam's infrastructure construction has entered a period of rapid growth. Infrastructure construction projects such as housing construction, highways, and power stations have been continuously launched. A large number of equipment gaps have become the fundamental reason for Vietnam's import of equipment.
Secondly, the high quality and low price of Chinese construction equipmenthave become the choice for imports. The machinery and equipment produced in China, especially concrete mixer, hydropower equipment and engineering machinery, are of high quality and technological content, and are moderately priced.

Chinese concrete mixers are mainly exported to Vietnam, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kim), India, Malaysia, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand and other countries. Among them, Vietnam is the first export region of my country's concrete mixer in 2021, accounting for approximately 8.99%, followed by Congo (DRC) and India, accounting for 5.7% and 5.61% of the export scale respectively.

The mixing arms of the twin-shaft mixer are thick and solid, with various arrangements such as 45°, 60°, 90°, and 120°, and the large aggregate particle size can reach 180mm. It can complete the mixing of various concretes from zero slump to high slump, and is suitable for concrete mixing in high-speed rail, construction, water conservancy, road surfaces, mortar, etc.
The mixing volume of the self loading concrete mixer capacity is 1.2-6.5 m3. Depending on the conditions of the chassis, its power can be taken from a power take-off or a flywheel, and a small-displacement gear oil pump is used to provide power for the hydraulic pressure. The water supply system consists of an external water pipe, an independent water tank, and a pneumatic water supply circuit to ensure the concrete slump during driving.
The working principle of the self loading concrete mixer truck is to automatically load the concrete raw materials into the mixing tank through the hopper, then start the mixing system for mixing, and finally transport the mixed concrete to the required place for pouring.
