Inspection and maintenance before and after application
The mixing plant must be routinely inspected before and after application, which is conducive to dealing with problems and solving problems in a timely manner. Among them, before use, check whether the air pressure of the self-protection device of the air compressor is stable, whether the pump water is sufficient, whether the inside of the pipe is smooth, and whether the hopper door, concrete hopper door, middle collecting hopper door, feed door, etc. are closed.
The worker needs to clean up and maintain after use like cleaning the inside and outside of the mixer, adding lubricant to each lubrication point. If it is winter, the liquid in the waterway should be cleaned.
Daily maintenance
In addition to inspection and maintenance before and after use, concrete batching plant must be maintained every week and every month in daily production. For example, check the solidification of the residual concrete in the concrete mixer truck every week. If there is solidified concrete, it should be removed in time.
Check the gap between the mixing blade and the lining plate. Adjust if there is any inappropriateness. It is also necessary to check whether the air supply system is leaking, whether the cylinder action is reliable, and whether the electrical components are damaged. If any problems are found, they should be repaired in time. Check the tightness of the belt every month, the damage of the blades, whether the anchor bolts are firm and whether the subgrade has moved down.
The key points of maintenance
The key points of maintenance of mixing plant include cleaning, tightening, adjustment, lubrication and safety protection.
Among them, cleaning is to keep all parts of the equipment clean and tidy, such as the motor, the surface of the reducer, the inside and outside of the mixer, the material door, and so on.
Tightening is to check whether the joints of the various components of the equipment are firm, and whether there is electricity leakage, oil leakage, water leakage, etc. If loosening is found, it should be tightened and reinforced in time, or screws or accessories should be replaced.
Adjustment is to adjust each component of the mixer equipment to ensure its normal operation. For example, if the gap is of any abnormality between the mixing blade and the lining plate, it should be adjusted in time.
Safety protection mainly includes waterproofing, anti-rust treatment, acid and alkali resistance, anti-corrosion, etc., which are generally completed by wiping paint and grease. For example, spray paint on the surface of dry concrete batching plant on time to prevent corrosion.
