What Is The Mainstream Small Batch Concrete Mixer

The small batch concrete mixer is a machine that mixes materials such as sand, stone, cement and water according to a certain mix ratio into uniform concrete (C15-C60) that meets the quality requirements. It is mainly composed of mixing system, feeding system, water supply system, unloading system, and electrical system. The mixing system is mainly equipped with motors, pulleys, gearboxes, gears, mixing drums, etc.

The compulsory concrete mixer is mainly based on the shearing mechanism to stir the mixture. For twin shaft concrete mixer, there are two horizontally arranged mixing shafts inside the mixing drum, each shaft is equipped with a number of mixing arms and several pairs of mixing blades are scattered at the ends of the mixing arms. 1. Transmission device

The transmission device of the single shaft concrete mixer’s main engine is a chain transmission structure; while the transmission device of the two shaft mixer’s main engine is V-shaped transmission belt and gear structure. The latter design has a lower noise and has a higher safety.

For some common types of concrete, their mixing performance is about same, but for some highly demanding concrete products such as dry concrete, the mixing effect of single shaft concrete mixer is very poor. As a whole, the mixing effect of twin shaft concrete mixer has a more even mixing effect.

3. Discharging performance

The discharge port of the single-shaft mixer equipment is difficult to control in the specific production process, and its discharge door is very easy to be stuck, and the discharge performance is very general. The two-shaft mixer effectively overcomes this problem, and its discharge performance is also very good. This is another crucial reason why the twin shaft mixer is so popular.

4. No slurry leakage
