How to lay concrete mixing pump pipeline
Generally, the concrete mixing pump an be connected to the pipeline for more than 200 meters, but these requirements must be met during the laying process, so that there will be no construction obstacles during the concrete pumping process.
1. The horizontal pumping distance of the concrete line pump can reach 200 meters, and the horizontal pumping and conveying pipeline should be buried in a straight line.
2. The vertical pumping distance of the concrete pump trailer is 70 meters. The vertical pumping pipeline should not be directly connected to the output port of the pump. A horizontal pipe with a length of not less than 20 meters should be installed at the front end of the vertical pipe, and a check valve should be installed.
3. When laying downward-sloping pipelines, a section of horizontal pipe should be installed on the outlet of the concrete line pump for sale, and its length should not be less than 5 times the height difference of the inclined pipe. When the slope is large, an exhaust valve should be installed at the upper end of the slope.
4. The pipeline for pumping concrete should be supported and fixed. A wooden cushion should be set between the pipeline and the fixture as a buffer. It should not be directly connected to the steel bar or formwork.
5. After the pipeline is laid, the pressure test should be carried out before the concrete is continuously pumped.
