Lubricate the cylinder regularly, and add 2 small cylinders if necessary, so as to adjust the air pressure reasonably.
4. Add a gas-water separator. According to the structural characteristics of the trachea, an air-water separator is arranged in it, and the device is used to filter out the moisture in the air, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the pipeline.
5. Install the mother-child screw. According to the structural characteristics of the large powder conveying screw, the small screw can be set at the end of the device, and the two types of devices work together. If there is 20kg of powder in the large screw, the operation will be suspended immediately, and then the powder will be transferred to the corresponding weighing scale; the small screw can achieve the effect of accurate measurement and help reduce errors.
6. Replace the solenoid valve. Since the aggregate silo is prone to exceed the standard, it is necessary to accurately analyze the working state of the cylinder solenoid valve, and replace it with a new one if it lacks sufficient sensitivity.
