Generally, central batching plant is widely used in roads, bridges, docks, and urban and rural infrastructure projects. Concrete mixing plants can be divided into large concrete mixing plants, medium concrete mixing plants, and small concrete batch plant according to their output.
A small or mini concrete batching plant is not a specific model or type of concrete batching plant, we put it here in response to some customers' needs to reduce the investment cost of the mixing plant.

For example, some projects use a small amount of concrete per hour, but the project cycle is long, and the small concrete mixing plant can fully meet this requirement. We have many measures to help reduce the investment cost of the mixing plant. For example, for some projects that can only buy bagged cement, we provide a cement hopper to replace the cement silo. You can manually pour the bagged cement into the cement hopper, which can save a lot of investment.
For concrete mixing plants, the quotations for different models of equipment are also different. The price of HZS25 mixing station is about $25,000 and the price of HZS35 batching plant is about $30,000. The price of HZS50 concrete mixing plant is about $48,000. Different configurations also has a certain effect on the final price.
It should be pointed out that the concrete batching plant is a working unit for producing high-quality concrete. If you do not have particularly strict requirements on the quality of concrete and the consumption is not large (less than 15 cubic meters per hour), you can choose other equipment to produce concrete, such as drum concrete mixer or self loading concrete mixer truck.
Features of mini rmc plant
1. Low cost. The mini RMC plant is generally composed of mixers, batching machines, screw conveying pipes, etc. Because of their simple structure, less supporting equipment and no many parts, the investment cost is low. Small mixing plants are easier to maintain, and the cost of maintenance is relatively lower.
2. Small footprint. According to our experience, Batching plants of HZS50 and below generally require a site area of about 2000 m2 (including living area and office area). Because the feeding method of small concrete mixing plants is generally hopper feeding, which saves a large part of the site area and can also reduces a part of the investment cost.
3. Full functions. The small and simple mixing station is composed of several major systems such as feeding system, batching system, mixing system, and electrical control system. The basic system configuration is readily available, which can meet the daily production needs of ordinary projects.
4. Easy and fast installation. It only takes a few hours for the mixing main body of a small mixing plant to be installed from unloading the truck, and it can be installed and put into production within 2-4 days.
